Happy Monday,
I wanted to thank my amazing family, friends, clients and this community for your support, donations and love over the last 5 months of my training. Yesterday was simply incredible. Completed my second London Marathon raising over £4400 (over £5000 with gift aid) in memory of Alex, our amazing friend, who was also an incredible husband and father. The British ❤️ Foundation marathon running team have raised over £1.1 million.
I thought about Alex and his family at every mile yesterday. I can’t thank my friends enough who all travelled to cheer me on at so many points during the 26.2 miles. Also so grateful for my amazing family for their love and support.
The London Marathon is the biggest fundraising event on the planet. Feel privileged to have been a part of it twice now. If you run you are made to feel like a hero and if you spectate you are a hero in the runners eyes. It was simply magnificent.
