A happy '6 months' today to Arch inspire and what a 6 months it has been! Over this time the EU referendum resulted in the decision to leave the EU, Great Britain won 67 Olympic medals and 147 Paralympic medals in Rio and just yesterday America voted for Donald Trump to be the next President! Incredible achievements and also unbelievable change in such a short space of time. For Arch inspire the last 6 months have been fast-paced and action packed. I always say to my clients; it is crucial to step back and focus on all you have achieved as opposed to focusing only on the things you have not. Today I urge you to take 10 minutes and reflect on everything you have achieved both professionally and personally so far this year and congratulate yourself. It gives you the energy and resilience to keep going and succeed further.
