The Joy of Collaboration

Happy Friday!

I wanted to share this photo today which brings me so much happiness and joy.

Natalie Harvey PCC - CoDevelopYou and I delivered the first two-day module of a year long Leadership Development programme this week with the most wonderful team at the beautiful Attenborough Nature Centre in Nottingham.

This picture represents collaboration, deep trust and a shared appreciation of each others' skills, strengths and experience. I've had a goal within my business over the last 18 months to collaborate more and work with brilliant coaches and consultants to deliver more to clients. I have known Natalie for near to 5 years through our coaching supervision and development group. She's truly amazing at what she does and it's a joy to work so closely with her to co-design and co-deliver this programme together.

It's not easy to find this depth of connection and trust when you have built a business on your own for many years. I am so very grateful that you asked me to be part of this journey Natalie. You are simply brilliant to work with, an amazing talent and a wonderful human-being. I am so excited about the journey we have started with this incredible team and also for the opportunities we can create together to benefit future teams and businesses.
