Happy Friday!
It was wonderful to work with Advanced Glass Ltd for Module 2 of their Leadership Development Programme focused all things culture this month.
We enjoyed the beautiful setting of the Royal British Legion Remembrance Gardens National Memorial Arboretum. I highly recommend a visit here - a superb space for meetings and events too.
During the day we explored and created the following:

đźź How to engage and inspire everyone to cultivate culture
A key take away for the team was…
đźź Culture is what people experience, feel, hear and see every single day and psychological safety is integral to a happy and healthy culture.
It’s a joy to work with this wonderful team and along side Natalie Harvey PCC CoDevelopYou. I can’t wait for Module 3!
