Happy Friday!

I wanted to share this post today for three key reasons...

⭐️ 1 - I'm delighted to have been asked to join this panel discussion with Psysoft and four other brilliant practitioners to discuss and explore all things

psychometrics on Wednesday 11th November (link in their post below to register).

If you are already using psychometrics (objective assessments which measure your mental strengths, skills, working styles or preferences) or are considering how they can support you and your business, this discussion is definitely worth joining.

If you have had a mixed experience of using psychometrics historically, this is also definitely worth joining to learn how psychometrics can and do translate into meaningful and impactful development.

⭐️ 2 - To recognise Psysoft as a brilliant business to partner with; I have worked with

them now for over 6 years. They are superb at what they do and live and

breathe their company values which are....

✔️people first

✔️customer focused

✔️excellence

✔️innovation

✔️integrity

Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of working with a brilliant leadership team for the day focusing on all things culture, exploring how their core values sit front and centre in how they work as a business, as a team and with their clients. In my experience and interactions Psysoft are a great example of this. Thank you Tim Evans Imogen de Vries Tracy Wheeler and the team.

Thank you also for asking me to be part of this panel discussion along with four other brilliant practitioners.

⭐️ 3 - I challenge you today to give a shout out to a brilliant individual, team or business which puts its values front and centre and truly delivers on them, let them know the impact this has for you and others. I’m sure it will make their day!

Peter Hill thank you for suggesting EQ-i to me 6 years ago. My shout out goes to you today for living and breathing your values! ☺️

Have a super weekend ahead.
