Kind Therapy

Happy Friday!

I’m delighted to dedicate my blog today to my brilliant sister Kirsty Chaudhry who has just started her own counselling practice – Kind Therapy. She has worked incredibly hard over the last 4 years, qualifying with an Advanced Diploma in Counselling. She is already supporting clients within the NHS through the ‘Talking Therapy’ service.

The key areas she supports her clients with include….

⚪️Anxiety, stress and overwhelm

⚪️Bereavement, grief and loss

⚪️Work related stress and anxiety

⚪️Low self-esteem and confidence

⚪️Relationship difficulties

⚪️Peri/Menopause and life changes

⚪️Feeling stuck and exhausted

The reason why I wanted to share this today is three fold….

1. ✔️She is my sister and I am incredibly proud of her for starting this new chapter in her career! – she is a first class listener and cares deeply about her work. She already does and will continue to make a huge difference to so many peoples’ lives.

2.✔️Joyce Hudson sent me this quote over 10 years ago now – ‘One day you’ll wake up and there won’t be any more time to do the things you’ve always wanted to do, do it now’ - it really stuck with me when I started Arch inspire and I am so proud of my sister for following her dream and creating Kind Therapy. It’s never too late to follow your passion.

3. ✔️I am asking my wonderful community here to share this post and pass to those you may know who may benefit from an initial discussion with Kirsty (she offers an initial complimentary 20-minute teams/phone call). Kirsty is based in Surrey and offers virtual sessions for all and in-person sessions for those who are in her region.

Many many people are impacted by the areas listed above and so many benefit from having a safe, supportive and confidential space to work through these areas with an expert. I am always very clear about where I can help and support as a coach, consultant and mentor and in some cases where having an initial discussion with an independent counsellor would be beneficial. Clients over the years who have decided to do this have benefited greatly.

Please take a look at Kirsty’s website in the comments below and please do share her details with those you know who may benefit. She really is an exceptional listener and cares deeply about her work and her clients. Thank you for taking the time to read this and have a super weekend.

***I would of course not recommend Kirsty directly to my existing/new clients due to conflict of interest/dual relationship boundary***
