Happy Friday!
Today I celebrate 9 years of Arch inspire!
I've been reflecting this week on some of my key successes and learns over the last 12 months and also the last 9 years.
It's all too easy, yet still important for us to think about the things we haven't done as well at or succeeded at and the things we still want to achieve. It's also crucial to celebrate and mark our successes and milestones…. so I've captured 9 below from the last year, to mark 9 years of Arch inspire....
1️⃣ Gained my NLP Master Practitioner certification with Sue Knight
2️⃣ Ran my third London Marathon raising over £5500 for Samaritans (my social
media platforms were instrumental in this)
3️⃣ Completed the design and delivery of the Leadership & Development
Programme (second cohort) for Chesterton House
4️⃣ Gained new clients in four new sectors and continued to work with many
brilliant clients (at 121, team, group and business level)
5️⃣ Developed 'The Happy Friday Collection' - created 10 guides and a 'Happy Friday
Collection' book for new and existing clients
6️⃣ Launched 'The Happy Friday Reels' following on from the success of 'The Happy
Friday Collection'
7️⃣ Spoke at Coaching Centrals' inaugural Coaches Development event
8️⃣ Committed to the third year of my Coaching Supervisory and Development
group
9️⃣ Delivered an EDGE Leadership discussion session with Jonathan Ratcliff on
Leading and Managing Change
I’ve also invested in building connections and developing relationships in Birmingham and the West Midlands, which has been truly brilliant!
Thank you to you all for helping me achieve this, for being such advocates for Arch inspire, for enabling me to do what I absolutely love to do and for all your support in helping me smash my Samaritans fundraising target. I am so grateful. Now looking forward to year 10!
"One day you'll wake up and there won't be time left to do in life what you want to do - so do it now". The best quote a dear friend sent me over 9 years ago which led to Arch inspire.
