Note to self


Happy Friday, A simple reminder this morning to challenge ourselves to focus on what we have achieved as opposed to only focusing on what we have not yet. I remind myself and the clients I work with of this regularly. It's all too easy to focus on all that we still have to do, which can at times feel overwhelming. Whilst it's key for us to focus forward, it's important to recognise and celebrate the milestones and the progress we make along the way. My sister also shared this on her social media yesterday and I love it.
