Happy Friday!
I’ve been reflecting further this week on purpose. I’ve had some lovely messages from clients and friends saying that my blog hit a chord for them last week. It’s really sharpened my focus on my 'WHY' both professionally and personally. My mission for Arch inspire is to inspire individuals, teams and businesses to lead themselves and in turn others. The Arch inspire 5C’s programme creates the structure and framework to achieve this.
It has supported and resulted in clients achieving just some of the following over the last 9 years….
✨ Taking accountability and responsibility for their own professional and personal
development
✨ Committing to action to make and manage the changes they want to succeed
✨ Challenging themselves to grow and develop in line with their goals and
ambitions and achieving what is truly important to them
✨ Building their confidence to realise and leverage their core attributes, skills and
knowledge
✨ Exploring, identifying, harnessing and embedding their values in their work and in
their life
✨ Developing their skills of assertiveness to say YES to what they want to and NO to
what they want to with conviction and confidence
✨ Building their resilience in order to navigate challenges and maximise
opportunities
✨ Regaining balance in their professional and personal lives and setting healthy
boundaries to increase their overall happiness, well-being and effectiveness
✨ Prioritising what’s important and improving their productivity, efficiency and
overall effectiveness
✨ Delivering true value to their clients and setting themselves apart
I have also reflected on the 'HOW' of how I work. Those I have worked with describe me as....
✔️Accountable
✔️Approachable
✔️Calm
✔️Caring
✔️Challenging
✔️Empathetic
✔️Focused
✔️Fun
✔️Honest
✔️Homework (yes… and it works!)
✔️High integrity
✔️Kind
✔️Listener
✔️Passionate
✔️Patient
✔️Personable
✔️Results focused
✔️Trusted
If you’d like to find out more about how I help individuals, teams and businesses I’d love to hear from you.
Have a great weekend ahead!
