Happy Friday!
Today is World Mental Health day.  On this day and every day let's ensure we take care of ourselves and others where we can.Â
My proudest achievement this year will definitely be running the London Marathon in April for Samaritans in memory of Clare for my dear friend Marie Wicker 🌈Â
This year I've learnt so much about the vital work they do, the difference they make and the lives they save. I’ve also been overwhelmed by how supportive my friends, family, clients and network have been.  We raised over £5500 - this incredible amount enables over 400 people to call Samaritans in their time of real need. Marie and I are eternally grateful for all the support.  I will always continue to support Samaritans and the work they do.Â
This was my purpose for running for the Samaritans in AprilÂ
💚 For anyone struggling with their mental health
💚 For anyone supporting others with their mental health
💚 For anyone who lost their life to suicide
💚 For anyone who has lost someone to suicide
💚 For anyone who has contemplated suicide
💚 For anyone who is struggling now or has struggledÂ
💚 For anyone who is finding things tough or overwhelming
Today I encourage all of us to…Â
to ask for help
to listen to others
to be kind to others
to be there for others
to know we are never alone.Â
