ANLP Publication - 'Making Tough Decisions'

Happy Friday!

I’m delighted to share with you today that my NLP modelling project has been published by the ANLP INTERNATIONAL CIC in their quarterly publication 'Rapport'.

(ANLP) is a global membership organisation based in the UK that promotes NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and supports NLP professionals.

NLP comprises of models, techniques and strategies designed to help us understand how the language we use influences the way we think and the results we get. I use NLP daily, both in my work with clients as a coach and consultant as well as in my day to day life. NLP Modelling is the process of studying and extracting the specific strategies, thought processes and behaviours of individuals who have achieved exceptional results in a specific field.

I qualified earlier this year as a Master NLP Practitioner with Sue Knight.  Part of the qualification requirement was a modelling project which took me a number of months to complete.  My project is titled: 'Making tough decisions with which you experience peace and confidence' -  a summary of it (including my model) is here for you to read and apply. Many of my clients are now using this model to help them make both professional and personal decisions with confidence, peace and conviction which is just wonderful!

The article covers:

  • Why I chose this focus for my modelling project

  • The outcomes you will achieve by using my model

  • The key benefits of using the model

  • How I selected the individuals to model and learn from

  • The specific model I have created broken down step by step so you can follow it and apply it

  • How the model has benefited both myself and others professionally and personally

  • Feedback on how the model has benefited those who have used it

Huge thanks to Sue Knight for putting my project forward for publication and for her incredible teaching and coaching Monica Smith Shannen Marsh Lou Macari Anna Sidat Lisa Steward Philip Hurdman Kirsty Chaudhry Rakhee, Bella, Leanne and all those who have read my project and are using my model. Also special mention to Simon Hague Fiona Anderson Heidi Blakeway Natalie Harvey PCC and to Peter Hill for introducing me to Sue all those years ago.

If you’d like to understand how NLP benefits the work I do with my clients and how it can help you, I’d love to have a virtual coffee with you!

Have a great weekend ahead and thank you in advance for reading this article.
