Happy 60th Birthday to my husband Philip Hurdman today....

Happy 100th Birthday to David Attenborough and also Up the Villa!

As I reflect on 10 years of Arch inspire, it feels like yesterday that I sat in the Gouman Tower Hotel in London with Lou Macari who has been my trusted mentor for over 10 years now. We discussed potential names for my new business, defined what I wanted my business to be known for and created the concept of the 5C's! I'm eternally grateful to both Lou and Peter Hill, my brilliant mentors for encouraging me, challenging me, pushing me and believing in me for over a decade!

For 10 years I've been coaching, consulting, facilitating, mentoring and training the most wonderful individuals, teams and organisations. Hundreds of clients have completed the 5C’s and 3C’s coaching programmes and I have long standing relationships with many clients that span 10 years now. Many clients have experienced Arch inspire's leadership and skills development programmes or worked with me as a board or leadership team through transformational change. I've also had the pleasure of working with many SME business owners, directors and leadership teams across professional services, engineering, charity, education, design, marketing sectors to name a few.

Starting Arch inspire was the best career decision I ever made and one of the best life decisions too. I'm eternally grateful to so many people who have supported me. I can't name you all here but you know who you are.

My first ever coaching client was the wonderful Agnieszka Scott, my first ever consulting client was a Birmingham corporate benefit consultancy.

Over 10 years, I've continually developed my skills, learnt from the best, made great decisions and learnt from poor decisions, ran 3 marathons, raised 15k for charities close to my heart, qualified as a NLP Business and Master Practitioner, had my own NLP model published by the ANLP and qualified as a EQ-i DISC and MBTI II practitioner. I've also been challenged by the pandemic and many economic and political uncertainties. I get to do what I love every single day - it is a privilege. I'm so excited this year to be collaborating and working closely with great coaches and consultants too.
