Happy Friday!
Today marks the last day of my NLP Master Practitioner Programme before I embark on my modelling project. For the last 3 weeks I have been immersed in a world of profound learning, deep challenge and exciting personal and professional growth, with an incredible group of people from many different parts of the world.
When I did my NLP Business Practitioner certification back in 2018, I did a week residential. This programme has been a daily commitment, which I have committed to alongside client work each day, it has enabled me to apply my learning and insights real time with my clients which has been magical. It’s also at points, involved plate spinning to juggle it, especially with my children whilst my husband was on a tour of the Scottish Highlands this week. It’s helped me to appreciate the importance of asking others for help – something I have struggled with greatly over the years.
My NLP learning has helped me to realise that this is a true strength and a necessity in life. It’s also helped me to realise how much I do this for others in my life and the joy I get from it. Letting those around me help me gives them joy too.
Asking others for help over the last three weeks has helped me to….
Learn and grow professionally and personally
Strengthen my resilience
Build stronger relationships
Develop my ability to problem solve and find solutions
Support my mental and emotional well-being
Develop my emotional intelligence
Improve my efficiency
Continually keep learning
Realise that I have an incredible network around me
Thank you to all those who have helped me and the children after the last three weeks – your help and support is truly valued and appreciated – look at what you've helped me achieve! Truly grateful.
Sue Knight your programme has been exceptional - I can't thank you, your team and our wonderful group enough!
