Happy Friday!
I wanted to share this brilliant image today from The Paraplanners' Assembly 'Big Day Out' last week, in the beautiful Cotswolds. For me this image sums up a fantastic day full of learning, sharing, collaboration and community.
I had the pleasure of working with this brilliant community and group of fabulous individuals over the course of the day. I designed and delivered two interactive sessions focused on the following:
✨ Putting yourself front and centre of your own professional and personal
development (Honing and Owning your development)
✨ Getting crystal clear on your WHY for your development
✨ Creating and embedding a culture and micro-culture of accountability and
responsibility
✨ The importance of asking for help and showing vulnerability
✨ Supporting yourself and others through change and how you can use your
resilience sources to continually develop and progress
✨ Being receptive to different ways of creating your own development plan (this
opened up so many peoples’ eyes and challenged them to capture their goals
and actions in different formats and styles)
✨ Being flexible with your development
✨ Commitment pledges for your goals and objectives
Above all the day the day epitomised the power of a positive community and culture, that the Paraplanners' Assembly has in abundance – it is something truly special!
Many thanks to Richard Allum Maxine Cameron Ian Thomas for the opportunity Sam Tonks FPFS Chris Wormwell, DipPFS, MBA, MCIM - it's been wonderful to work with you both on this project. Thank you also to Heather Hopkins Jackie Manning APFS and the technical experts for their brilliant sessions which I also enjoyed attending.
Have a great weekend ahead!
