Happy 21st Zero-five

Happy Friday!

I want to dedicate my blog this week to the wonderful Lisa Steward who is celebrating 21 years in business as a freelance designer, she is the Director and Founder of Zero-five. Creating and building a business on your own takes bravery, determination, resilience and talent - reaching 21 years in business is exceptional. 

I was first introduced to Lisa back in 2022 (thank you Calum Cameron), when she completed the Arch inspire 5C’s coaching programme, she then went on to to do her Emotional Intelligence development programme and has continued to work with Arch inspire over the years.

Lisa has also supported me in my business as a designer for the last three years.  She has a unique talent and skill to be able to convert my thoughts, feelings and ideas into reality with startling accuracy, clarity and amazing creativity.  She’s supported me with marketing and propositional materials, came up with the concept and brought to life the Happy Friday Collection and the Happy Friday Reels and continues to support Arch inspire as it approaches year ten. 

Back in 2022, I did work with Lisa or identifying and harnessing her core values and we recently revisited them. Her values are accountability, friendship, integrity, kindness and respect.  My core values are empathy, respect, honesty and integrity. It’s not a surprise that we get on so well and enjoy working together. 

What stands out most for me, is that Lisa is one of the most generous, kindest and most thoughtful people I’ve ever met.  She’s become a trusted partner in my business and a friend too.  It’s often said that 'people buy people' – this could not be truer for Lisa. I have happily recommended her to coaches and clients, she is simply exceptional.

Happy 21st Zero-five – here’s too many more years of success for you Lisa - thank you for your talent, creativity, expertise, patience, kindness and also for your humour – it’s so much fun to work with you! 

Finally a shout out to all those solopreneurs wherever you are in your business journey – Lisa is a great example of following your dreams, harnessing your creativity and having the determination to share your passion, skill and talent with the world. One of my favourite quotes is 'Surround yourself with those who lift you higher' – Lisa has done that for me and Arch inspire and I’m so grateful.
