Measure Your Own Success

Updated: Jul 28

Happy Friday!

When I work with clients through the Arch inspire 5C’s programme, I spend time with each and every client (before we start their programme) to explore and start to define their key coaching success measures – these evolve and become clearer at the start and are crystallised during their Creation session and throughout their coaching with me.

Investing and spending time at outset on this helps my clients to measure their return on investment throughout and at the end of the programme in terms of achieving their own measures of success.  I love this visual from Headspace which illustrates beautifully that success is different for all of us.

Over the years I have supported clients extensively to achieve all of the following success measures – this list is by no means exhaustive and shows us the importance of defining success on our own terms and in our own way – not focusing on what others may want us to achieve or what we think we should be achieving compared to others.

Remember - Define your success on your own terms, in your own words and in your own way.
