Who Makes You Shine?

Happy Friday!

I was sent this birthday card recently by my dear friend Catriona Still, we have been friends since we were 12 years old – meaning we've been friends for 35 years!!!

It’s makes me smile every time I look at it and I'm so touched that my friend choose it for me – the kind words she wrote inside have really made me stop, pause and reflect.

I’ve consciously thought of the people I have either spoken to or seen face to face, since I opened this card who radiate sunshine.  I feel so very fortunate that I have many names who spring to mind.

I encourage you to share this post with others who do this for you or comment and tag people who do this for you, so you can recognise them.  It’s so important to recognise those in life who lift you higher and also to check in with them too – the sun doesn’t shine all the time, as we know from this week!  Those who shine also need to recharge and reset and experience cloud at times too.
