Articulating and Leveraging Your Value With Clients

Happy Friday!

I reflected last night on the power of collaboration and what can be achieved when we get to work alongside great individuals and teams. I first met Lisa Johnson in 2022 when she embarked on the Arch inspire 5C's coaching programme, since then it's been brilliant to see her continued growth and success. Yesterday we worked together to deliver an engaging and thought provoking session for the The Birmingham Personal Finance Society (PFS). Lisa is part of the PFS committee and it was clear to see yesterday how respected she is.

I was delighted to facilitate the morning for a brilliant group on 'How to demonstrate and deliver true value to clients'. The feedback so far has been brilliant and we plan to run a follow up session to explore the topics we discussed at a deeper level. A core part of the session was focused on helping the group identify and explore their core values - how they can bring these into the work they do with clients and how they can understand more about their clients’ and professional connections’ values to strengthen and leverage relationships.

Working with Lisa is a joy and it's clear to see how her values drive her and her work. It's also a lot of fun! I'm looking forward to future work together.
