Community Leadership

Happy Friday!

I want to talk about the power of community today, which hit home for me this week. Facilitated by Mark Panayides, Jonathan Ratcliff and I led the EDGE Creative Ltd Leadership Discussion on ‘Deciding like a Leader’.  We worked with a wonderful group to share our skills, experience, tools and techniques to develop and enhance decision making as leaders.  It was also brilliant to learn from so much experience in the group. 

We explored just some of the following:

What struck me was the wonderful community EDGE has created to bring brilliant leaders together who want to share, support and strive to continually develop. The high level trust in this growing community enables leaders to be vulnerable, share experiences in a trusted space and to learn from failures, set backs, challenges and opportunities, all of which help the collective group. 

It's wonderful to be part of these discussions and to have the opportunity to lead sessions too.
